If you have had less than satisfactory experiences with mobile detailing in the past…prepare to be happy! Our business performs to the highest standards and uses the best commercial cleaning equipment with high quality detailing products (No ArmorAll!). All details are carried out with the goal of getting your vehicle to as close to new condition as possible. Our Ceramic/Graphene installations are done skillfully with the goal of it protecting your exterior for as long as possible… Clean. Renew. Protect!
Communication is also extremely important to us. The best way to avoid inaccurate estimates and unwanted surprises is to have clear communication regarding your wants, needs and expectations beforehand. Experience has taught us is that not everyone means the same thing when they say, “I just want a detail”. In order to provide fair and accurate estimates ( and to ensure the job site can accommodate the Van and Equipment), we kindly ask for some patience in answering a few key questions after your initial request for service.
*Issues like severe hard water spots, badly stained seats, excessive sand, pet hair and/or grime throughout interior that aren’t mentioned beforehand can lead to your estimate changing on the day of service. There may also not be enough time to complete your detail if this issues aren’t brought to our attention in the booking stage. Old hard water spot damage, as one example, can require hours of extra time to reduce/eliminate. We pride ourselves in maintaining 5 star service and this can only be achieved when both parties are in complete agreement as to what type of service, exactly, is needed. We don’t overbook and we do not cut corners at Phantom Detailing; Quality over quantity is the motto.
*In the future, we do plan on offering a less expensive “light detail” option for people wanting a service that isn’t a cheap mobile car wash nor a costly 8-10+ hour extensive detail, but, something in the middle. For the time being, however, Phantom Detailing is specializing in two kinds of service: 1) Graphene/Ceramic Coatings & 2) Premium Interior/Exterior Detailing.

In simple terms, a Ceramic/Graphene Coating is a sacrificial layer of protection for your vehicle that will last for years; think of it as a thin glass layer on top of the paint. Also known as “Nano Technology”, it is designed to protect your clear coat and paint while being just as effective on automotive glass, wheels, tires and trims. The coatings help protect against corrosion and light scratches, while making your overall exterior more durable and glossy. It also protects against harmful UV radiation from the hot island sun (no more rusty, tropical roofs or hoods!).
A ceramic coated vehicle also makes for fast and easy maintenance washes. The hydrophobic properties of this technology are massive…it repels water from your paint’s surface, which keeps it clean, glossy and beautiful longer. Do you hate the red dirt accumulating on your car so easily? Well, these coatings not only repel water, but they also help keep dust and red dirt off!

First off, if you own your vehicle and plan to keep it more than a few years, then the investment in a ceramic coating more than pays for itself because it will absolutely help maintain your cars value over the years!
Now, most of the cost involved in a ceramic coating comes from the many hours of labor involved in prepping a vehicle before the actual application of the coating. If you want to get the full life out of the product, it must be applied to a smooth, clean and contaminant free surface. And yes, the actual product is quite a bit more expensive than traditional waxes and shorter acting hybrid paint protectant products. Ceramic coatings are a prime example of a service where “you get what you pay for”. A cheap ceramic service will simply not last very long. And when the paint is not professionally prepped, all the scratches, swirls ,oils and pollutants on your paint will become trapped in between the hardened ceramic/graphene and the paint…not good!
